NUTREVAL 

Nutreval testing is comprised of 2 elements, urine and blood.  The urine collection will be done at home prior to you going in for your blood draw.  Please follow the urine collection instructions below.

The blood draw is FASTING so please do not eat or drink anything except plain water for 12hrs prior to your draw.  The kit includes a freezer pack.  Please make sure you FREEZE the freezer pack for at least 24hrs prior to your collection.
